Recycle bin: permanent delete
Per-item permanent delete button; 'Delete all' and 'Delete selected' at top of Recycle Bin. Select items with checkboxes and permanently remove in bulk. Documents' revision files are removed from storage on permanent delete.

Document delete: revision warning
When deleting a document that has internal revisions, a popup lists all revisions and confirms they will be deleted and moved to Recycle Bin. Recycle Bin shows each document's revision list (version, date, summary) under the document row.

Logout redirect to public home
After logout, users are redirected to the public website home page instead of the login page.

DMS Logs page and app version
New public page 'DMS Logs' (after Contact in nav) shows application update history date-wise. App version (e.g. 1.1, 1.2) is editable in Settings → App and is shown in the front footer and on the DMS Logs page. Admins can add update log entries (version, date, title, description) from App settings.

Storage settings
New Settings → Storage page. Default is local storage. Optional integration with AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Zoho (S3-compatible), and Wafaicloud (S3-compatible). Configure credentials in settings; document uploads use the selected storage.

Notifications marked as viewed when you open the item
Notification bell items are now removed (marked as viewed) once you click and view them. Shared items disappear after you open the shared document or folder. Memos awaiting your approval disappear from the list after you open the memo. Your own memos that were approved or rejected disappear after you open the memo to see the outcome. This keeps the notification list relevant to what you have not yet seen.

Memo workflow: department approval and assigned head notification
Memos now follow a full workflow: create and submit for approval (or save as draft). When submitted, the assigned department head receives an email notification that includes a direct link to view the memo in DMS. The department head can approve or reject from the memo page; on approval, the memo is marked approved and an initial distribution is recorded. Additional distributions (Internal, Email, Yomly) can be added for approved memos. This feature is documented in the DMS Logs page.

SMTP test email
Settings → Mail now includes a 'Send test email' section. Enter an email address and click to send a test message so you can verify SMTP is working before using memos or the contact form.

reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 options in App settings and contact form
App settings now support both Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3. Choose one version to enable: v2 shows the "I'm not a robot" checkbox on the contact form; v3 runs invisibly with score-based verification. Configure keys in Settings → App (reCAPTCHA section); only the enabled version's keys are required. The contact form uses the selected version.

Contact form and inquiry email
The front contact form now uses the SMTP settings saved in Settings → Mail. Inquiries are sent to the configured 'Inquiry email' (e.g. info@gulftech.sa). Set SMTP host, credentials, and Inquiry email in Settings → Mail so contact form submissions are delivered.

Google reCAPTCHA on contact form
Google reCAPTCHA (v2 “I'm not a robot”) is integrated to reduce spam on the front contact form. Configure Site Key and Secret Key in Settings → App (reCAPTCHA section). When both keys are set, the contact form shows the reCAPTCHA checkbox and submissions are verified with Google before sending.

Soft-deleted documents, memos, and folders appear in Recycle Bin. Administrator can restore any item.
